The Production process The base material of DEGO ceiling products is stone wool (resin bonded mineral wool) produced according to the principles of a volcanic eruption. By means of patented technology, stone is melted and transformed into wool with binders being added. In thefollowing processes, the wool is shaped and cut according to specification and turned into ceiling tiles of various sizes,thicknesses and densities. Finally, a finishing treatment is applied giving the tiles an elegant and attractive surface finish.
